Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Refreshhh and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period:
   • The competition runs from the date of the post until 16th September 2024.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must:
     1. Like the competition post.
     2. Comment with their Braai Day plans.
     3. Share the post and tag their friends.
   • Only participants who complete all three steps will be eligible to win.
4. Prizes:
   • Twenty (20) winners will each receive a Mini Kettle Braai Hamper, which includes:
     • 1 Mini Kettle Braai.
     • 1 3-piece Braai Apron.
     • A six-pack of 2L Refreshhh Cola.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
5. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
   • If a winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Announcement of Winners:
   • Winners will be announced on Refreshhh’s social media platforms after the competition ends.
7. General Conditions:
   • Refreshhh reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any promotional material related to the competition.
   • All personal data will be handled in accordance with South African data protection laws.
   • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
